Shipping

We are a retail store in Cartersville, Ga.  We strive to get your orders to you in a timely manner and most orders will leave our store within three business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during regular store hours. We ship standard ground and most clothing and jewelry orders ship for a flat fee of $10.50. Oversize and heavy orders will be calculated at check out.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), returns are accepted within 21 days of the delivery date for exchange of size or store credit. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping charges to return the item(s) back to us.

All merchandise must be in NEW CONDITION (original tags attached and in tact if applicable, unworn, free of fragrance, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, rips/tears, etc.) 

Shoes must be returned in their original box inside another box or shipping package and in brand new condition without any damage. Please do not ship the shoes back with the label on the outside of the shoe box.

Sale items, bodysuits/intimates, hats, gift cards, and items that are purchased during any kind of sale/used with a discount code of any kind are FINAL SALE. These items do not qualify for a return & we will invoice you a reshipment fee to have the item(s) sent back to you.

If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please email us at brooke@urbanmarketwarehouse.com within 2 days of being delivered.

How to make a return:

  • Make sure your return is within the policy period & meets ALL return requirements.
  • Please return your item(s) via USPS to the address listed below. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • We suggest mailing your package with a tracking number and make sure your items are securely packaged when sending back a return. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
  • Please make sure to include your packing slip in with your return.
  • Once we receive your package & the return is processed, store credit will be issued to the email address we have on file. Returns are usually processed within 2 days of receiving.
  • If you wish to exchange the size of your item(s), you can write the size needed on your packing slip or a separate piece of paper. Please note, due to our inventory constantly changing we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued for the item. 

We will hold non-returnable merchandise that was sent back to us for 30 days. After 30 days, if the reshipment fee has not been paid the item(s) will be donated to charity. 

Please make sure that your return is within the policy period & meets all return requirements. Items that are not eligible for return will be shipped back to the customer & the customer will be charged for shipping.
