Blue Tunic with White Underlay

Easy style and Easy to wear.  Lightweight cobalt blue tunic top has 3/4 sleeves with an open lattice lace trim running lengthwise on the sleeve. The wide open neckline can be worn straight or pulled slightly off the shoulder.  This is a 2 piece set and includes a spaghetti strap white tunic length slip to wear underneath.  Two soft flounces at the bottom add just enough fullness to allow this to be worn as a short dress or tunic top.  This would be so cute with some white or bright colored shorts underneath for spring and summer.
